Absolute Infant Guide Wires

 

Used to assist in the placement of IV catheters and as an exchange wire for paediatric arterial venous lines.

The memory effect and super elasticity of this metal alloy material, Nitinol (nickel-titanium), which is uncommon in other implant alloys, makes this a fascinating material for surgical application as a guide wire, with its kink resistant attributes.

The Infant Guide Wire fits a 24 gauge or 2.French catheters. 20cm length.
